While you certainly can go to a medium to reconnect and speak directly to someone special you have on the Other Side, you can also begin the process of re-connecting and re-learning how to communicate with your Loved One without any third party sources or ever booking a reading.
You can start learning the communication process - for yourself - in order to connect with those you love and want to get to know in Spirit.
Connecting with Loved Ones isn’t just for mediums, and it doesn’t have to be.
You can reunite with your husband, father, son or sister - at any time - so long as you have the basic tools, knowledge and information available to you - as to how ‘it’ all works.
This is one of the many purposes of my blog - to help you do just that.
But with the hundreds of articles available to you, it can be difficult to sort through and find the one you need and want, so this post is designed to help you out.
The 6 keys of reconnecting with your Loved One:
Step 1. learn the Languages of Spirit.
It’s important to know that there is a vast sea of the types of signs and tools your Loved Ones will use to get in touch with you, and figuring out what the specific sign that your Loved One will use to communicate with you can take some work.
But you don't have to look forever, because, Spirit will try to communicate with you, using your most readily accepted methods of communication. This is called communication through the Languages of Spirit and we all can communicate using it.
Start learning about the Languages of Spirit with this article, here.
Step 2. When you start looking for signs, start by identifying the possible signs.
In order to identify a sign from Spirit, you have to know what it is that you are looking for, exactly. So begin looking for a sign, by identifying the most common types of communication methods your Loved One has available - signs. Then, it’ll be much easier to spot them.
Once you’ve learned about the types of signs your Loved One can send, know that you can ask for a specific thing from your Loved One, as a sign that it is really them.
Spirits can get specific and deliver noises, radio songs, messages to you, words and much more to make sure you know it is who you think it is when communicating with you.
Step 3. You can be specific and demanding as to what you want for a sign.
Step 4. or don't ask for a sign at all and sense their presence like a medium.
Check out this article on how to sense the presence of a Loved One, and then this article on how to compare that sensation and separate it from the feeling of other Spirits being present (which is especially helpful if you know more than one person over there!)
Everyone, has a different way of being - so all of your Loved Ones, Guides and Angels may feel different to you. It’s just like being around a friend compared to being around an uncle here on Earth - their presences make you feel a different way, when compared side by side.
Not all Spirits feel ‘the same’.
Step 5. They’ll visit you in dreams, if you are open to that.
How do you open up to a dream? Simply say out loud to your Loved One, who can hear you, that you would like to be visited in a dream.
Through physical signs, presence and dreams, our Loved Ones communicate with us.
Here's how to know it's really a visitation dream versus something else.
Step 6. Knowing when to expect a visit really narrows down the time you spend looking.
There are a few very common visitation times, that you can find in this article, but there are also visitation times that are specifically special to you and your Loved One - such as anniversaries, birthdays and major life events.
When you learn the hows and whys of Spirit communication, the most common ways your Loved One will want to connect with you, and when to look for it - you’ve done 90% of the work - and all that’s left is the step of your Loved One actually sending the signal.
And that’s the easy part.
