Information on this website is provided in a good faith effort to educate, however, each situation is different. All purchases are considered 100% non-refundable once the transaction is complete, though please contact us if you have any issues.

For third party sales: AmandaLinetteMeder.com is not liable for any transaction that takes place on a third party site. 

All of the information provided on this website, through eProducts and within the membership material is meant as a resource for those who practice the intuitive arts. While we hope you have a great time enjoying the material, you are responsible for what happens when you manifest what you read or hear into reality. Remember, we’re not forcing anything on you, and you are reading, listening and watching content at this site at your own free will.

Shipping

For physical goods

Domestic USPS shipping with insurance is included in all pricing. If you are purchasing more than one item, please let us know and I'll arrange a special invoice with combined shipping for you to avoid a double charge. International shipping is often an additional $15-35 on top of every purchase price.

Contact us if you are international and I'll send you an invoice to add the "international shipping" item. All pieces are packaged very carefully.

For digital goods

Shipping for digital goods occurs automatically when your purchase is completed. Digital goods are delivered to the email you used to purchase your item. Check all your inboxes for the item - spam, junk, and promotion - you purchased to make sure it’s received.

Private appointments

Coaching Sessions

To book a session or package, please email team@amandalinettemeder.com with the session or package you are interested in, when you would like to begin, and if booking a package, how you prefer to pay (in full or monthly installments).

My office will send the payment details for the balance and your first appointment will be scheduled via Zoom, once all details are arranged.

All payments are non-refundable.

Scheduling will occur via email through my office and according to the general monthly timeframes listed above, for best results.

Once payment is submitted for any packages, a (2) week minimum period is requested for Amanda to prepare your materials.

All subsequent sessions after the first one will be scheduled as yours and Amanda’s schedule allows, typically Monday - Friday, between 10am - 6pm ET, with some evenings spaces available. 

Once a session is booked, to reschedule, please contact us at your earliest convenience to arrange. If scheduling requests are not responded to in (21) days we must skip that month’s session.

The end result will depend on your situation, actions taken between sessions, commitment to spiritual growth, and all available resources at our disposal. These are co-creative sessions, meaning there are independent activities to do between our meetings.

private readings

Once payment is made for booking a private session with Amanda, fees are 100% non-refundable, but session fees can be applied to an appointment at a later date if you need to reschedule. All sessions must be paid (48) hours in advance to confirm your appointment or we can reschedule. The due date for the invoice is (48) hours from scheduling to confirm the appointment officially and to lock the time in on our end, sessions not paid within (48) hours ahead of the session will be automatically released. To pay for and confirm your session, simply click *Pay* in the upper left corner of your invoice and use PayPal or Debit/Credit Card.

We ask that all consultation appointments be scheduled to occur within (6) months of the date of booking. To reschedule a paid session, you must do so prior to (48) hours before your session begins or your payment and space will be forfeited. To reschedule your session, simply send an email to team@amandalinettemeder.com.

All sessions must begin promptly. All private sessions are approximately (60) minutes with a complimentary additional (15) minute buffer, if needed. If more than the (75) minutes is necessary, please book a follow-up appointment, though most appointments fall within this length.

At the time of your consultation, if via telephone, Amanda will call you at the specified number, and if there is no answer, she will call back twice more within (15) minutes. If there is no answer, the session is considered forfeited.

If on Zoom, you and Amanda will meet at a designated link that will be provided in your invoice. If you are unavailable to access the link for whatever reason within (15) minutes of your scheduled appointment start time, the session is considered forfeited. If you experience technical difficulties connecting the call or Zoom link please email us immediately at team@amandalinettemeder.com.

The Private Sessions provided by Amanda are not a substitute for seeking professional medical care or legal assistance. Therefore, please do not replace the impressions given to you during your session with Amanda for any advice that has been given to you by another trusted professional. If you are in need of medical assistance or consultation, seek out a licensed medical professional.

In booking a session with Amanda, you must agree that you alone hold the power of decision-making and are totally and completely responsible for making decisions that affect your life following the completion of your session. You are aware that Amanda makes every effort to give you accurate information, and you understand and accept that some information received may not apply at this time, but could apply to future events.

All readings are meant to give a snapshot of the energies at the present moment, the potential and possibilities available now, if everyone and everything continues along the status quo. They may or may not, if someone makes a wild action, something out of your control goes off course or a dramatic event occurs, this can shift the deck. Depending on your situation, energies can be predicted a few days to months or even years in advance, but sometimes the energies shift multiple times a day.

While energy readings can foretell certain happenings, keep in mind Spirit can share information to shift the path towards a readee's highest and greatest good. Some reading information may apply far out in the future, which often depends on short term situations going forward in a certain way. This is why I ask that everyone give their reading time (6 months - years) to unfold.

You understand that all readings are meant to focus on the readee and Amanda cannot provide psychic information for people not present without a direct request from the individual(s) seeking assistance. 

By booking a session with Amanda, you agree and verify that you, the client:

1) have voluntarily decided to participate in this session and have requested a session on your own free will

2) are at least (18) years of age, and are of sound body and mind

3) understand your session is not to be used as a substitute for any type of medical or therapy treatments

4) understand and agree that it is your responsibility to decide whether or not you require medical treatment and if you require such services to seek them on your own as needed

5) understand that your session may include information that do not seem to apply rnow but could apply at a future date

6) by participating in the session, you accept complete responsibility for your own medical, health, mental, emotional, spiritual and bodily well-being

7) on behalf of yourself, your assigns, heirs, executors, guardians, and all other legal representatives, hereby release, discharge, waive, and forever relinquish Amanda Linette Meder, including her employees, employers, and any other persons associated with Amanda Linette Meder, from any and all known or unknown claims resulting from, arising out of or in any way connected with information you may or may not receive during your voluntary participation in a reading, coaching session or learning program with Amanda Linette Meder. You further agree that under no circumstance(s) will you, or any other person associated with you as a result of your reading attempt to present any claims against, prosecute, sue, seek to attach any lien for any purpose including satisfaction of a judgment or other judicial decree, to the property of Amanda Linette Meder, and you hereby waive all claims, demands, compensation, and all actions that you, anyone associated with you or any other participant in the reading currently or hereafter may have for any injuries or perceived injuries or perceived or real losses you may suffer or believe to suffer because of or during your participation or involvement in a reading, coaching session or learning program resulting from any actions, statements, answers to questions or omissions made by Amanda Linette Meder

8) By booking and receiving a private session, reading and enjoying this website, and taking in all associated digital content and social media properties managed by Amanda Linette Meder, you agree that in the event any claim for damages shall be brought or prosecuted against Amanda Linette Meder or any persons associated with Amanda Linette Meder as a result of your actions, omissions, or other act, that you and/or your estate shall indemnify and hold harmless Amanda Linette Meder and all persons associated with Amanda Linette Meder from any and all claims, actions or damages, legal and otherwise, made by you or anyone associated with you including the cost and expense associated with defending such actions or claims

9) understand that all information provided to you during your session is considered confidential and shall not be disclosed except if required by law

10) agree that Amanda can use portions of any feedback sent to her after the session as a testimonial using first name only and without revealing any specific information

11) agree that Amanda can use portions of your session for articles on this website or in other published materials, without revealing any specific or revealing information about your session

12) are accepting the terms of this agreement, disclaimer, and liability release, by your own free will while fully comprehending what you are doing, including the result and consequences of your actions

13) have read and fully understand this agreement, and understand that by booking a reading, coaching session or learning program with Amanda Linette Meder represents signing, accepting and agreeing to all the conditions stated within this agreement and includes a release of all possible liability of Amanda Linette Meder

Refund Policies

Classes, Digital Goods and e-Courses

All payments for class tuition, downloadable meditations, ebooks and courses are 100% non-refundable once paid. That said, I want you to be 100% satisfied with the services and products you receive, so please contact me before filing a dispute, if there is any reason why you are unsatisfied and I can attempt a resolution internally.

Physical goods

Please contact us immediately with pictures for damage sustained to any crystals or objects you order during shipping. You must email within (72) hours upon arrival of the package for damage, and refunds are available as all packages are insured for damage. 

Otherwise, all sales and prices are final. We take very good pictures and descriptions, so be sure to read carefully before you buy to make sure it's something you really want. 

Private sessions

As stated above, due to the love, care and effort that goes into them, all payments for private sessions with Amanda are 100% non-refundable once paid. That said, we want you to be 100% satisfied with the services and products you receive, so please contact me before filing a dispute, if there is any reason why you are unsatisfied and I can attempt a resolution internally. We want you to be pleased, and Amanda works hard to do her best with each and every session that is provided.

Sessions paid for upon booking can be rescheduled with a reasonable time window given. Things do come up and Amanda is flexible. We ask for a (48) hour window. Generally, sessions fees are forfeited and non-transferable to rescheduled dates when canceled within a (24) hour window before an individual session’s scheduled start time, but please contact the office via email just in case. 

All paid for and donated one-time services such as consultations, coaching sessions and related packages, must be fully redeemed within (6) months from the original transaction, or both the session and the payment is forfeited. 

And finally, in the case of private sessions work, Amanda understands there are emergencies and will work with you as best she can in the event one does occur. 

Memberships

Due to the love, time and effort that goes into the production of the program, there are no refunds on purchases of the monthly or annual memberships. That said, I want you to be 100% satisfied with the services and products you receive, so please contact us before filing a dispute, if there is any reason why you are unsatisfied and I can attempt a resolution internally. If you need any assistance with your subscription, please contact me and I’ll be happy to assist you.

Third Party Sales

Amanda is not liable for any transaction that takes place on a third party site. She has no control regarding refunds over sessions booked with external referrals or products, or products purchased on other websites.

Hold Harmless

Upon performance or purchase of any consultation, Physical Product, eProduct or Membership Subscription with Amanda Linette Meder you agree to waive any and all legal actions against Amanda Linette Meder and all associated persons and/or companies.

As stated in the terms and conditions, all the information provided on this website, the blog, in the membership or in private sessions with Amanda is for educational, entertainment, or curiosity purposes only. You agree to not sue us in accordance with anything that you do or don’t do with the information and insight we share.
