The Akashic Records are thought to be a specific energetic, non-physical location in the Universe, an area where anyone can travel - open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
In this place, all the information of the Universe is stored. They hold all the information for everything.

To begin to think of a place like this, imagine it in your mind, getting into a meditative state.
You can access the records by visualizing yourself going on a journey under the Earth via a large spiral staircase.
Inside, there's a cave with a library.
Who is meeting you there? This is your Akashic Guide.
You can uncover any piece of information for your soul's journey now.
Ask to see it with a symbol, a scene, a word, or a feeling.
When you have the information, you can ask the guide there to show you through a small door with more details on the scene they want to show you.
When complete, return out of the record hall, back out of the cave, and back up the staircase to the room where you physically sit.
