Organization. It’s the only way anyone keeps track of anything. When you hear of the Akashic records, the place where all the information of the Universe is stored, you may have even pictured something organized, such as a giant library. A great hall of files. Rows and rows of bookshelves.
Organized information in an organized place.
The Akashic Records are thought to be a specific energetic (non-physical) location in the Universe, a location to where anyone can travel - open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In this place, all the information of the Universe is stored. A Universal Library, open to the public. All the informational records for everything and every event, from the past, the present and the future, for every being that ever existed on or around earth are thought to be stored here. This includes those beings that we consider living and also those that we don’t consider living - like stones, tables, crystals and chairs. Every-thing. The records, for all of it.
Whether or not this is your first time thinking about the Akashic records - in order to begin to think of a place like this - you have to be able imagine it in your mind. Just like if you were going to France, you’d have to at least have an idea of what France might be like and if you’d want to go there. And, if you were going to a place that stored all the information in the Universe - most of us, would imagine a place of supreme organization. For most of us, that place is a gigantic library.
Are the Akashic Records actually in a gigantic library? Yes, in a way. There are energetic cards, keys and signatures for everything that ever happened to you and for all the past, present and future experiences of your life. Think about it. You can remember exactly what it was like eating an ice cream cone on a sunny day at the beach vs. what it feels like when someone breaks up with you and stops returning your calls.
Both events that carry with them emotional spiritual and energetic data - memories.
And each type of memory, in the history of time and space - have very different emotional, thought and energetic signatures - both to you and all those who are connected to you. Thus, each event, thought, emotion, period of time or interaction in your life (or series of lives) holds a specific and unique energetic card. A match only to the signature of that event. This card goes in a filing box with all the other cards of your life.
Wouldn’t it make sense to keep everyone’s card boxes ordered in some way? In some place, for later access and reference? It’s not unreasonable to assume that all of these card boxes might all be located in one central place - for future reference.
This place is the Akashic Records.
Do your Spirit Guides want to learn the best way to help you process a job loss? They’ll need to access the record of that event.
Does your Therapist want to help you process an emotional shift in your life? They’ll need to identify which ‘card’ your current feelings are linked to.
Do you want to learn more about your soul’s journey or the journey of others? You’ll need to find your card box and start laying them out on a time line!
And whether or not it’s card boxes or books or energy pockets or swirling clouds of light - it’s a location that holds mass of information about you - and everyone else you know. All in one place - for easy access to all who need to reference the cards.
The Akashic Records is a Transfer Station
Think for a moment about a giant power transformer on the outskirts of a neighborhood.
From and through this transformer, all of the energy is going in and out to different houses. The Akashic Records are much like this transformer, acting as the central train station through which all the energetic, spiritual, physical, and emotion signatures pass through as they return to earth and upon each being's crossing over at death.
As people and immigrants transition as babies onto earth or into Spirit upon death, the Akashic Records also acts like an Ellis Island. All the immigrant information is stored there - all the known information about each soul that passes through. When you need more information about each soul’s details, history and future path - the story is located here, in a small card box. Where each card, or memory information cluster, can be laid out and interpreted for you - telling a story of your soul’s migration, journey and time on and off Earth.
So, how do you get information from the Akashic Records?
My favorite books about how to access information from the Akashic Records are currently written by Linda Howe - here’s a book from her on Amazon. Through this learning, you can begin to access the Akashic Records on your own. You can also do it through astral travel, shamanic journeying, and opening your intuitive sight, resources linked on this below.
The Akashic Records are a place of Universal Wisdom and Insight - and a Free Library for the people. Anyone can access it.
Just like any library, even though it’s open, learning about how the library system works can always help you move through the process more efficiently to access the best information and reference sources while you visit!
