Raise Your Vibration Journey
Feel good as you shift your vibration to a higher plane. Open to clearer, more loving intuitive messages, greater heart-centered awareness, heightened joy and optimism, deeper understanding, and a more expansive connection with life’s experiences and those around you.
Maintaining an Elevated Vibration
The goal of this final part of the journey is to maintain an elevated vibration. You’ll do this by intentionally looking for evidence of vibrational alignment in your life.
In simple terms, this means training your awareness to notice wanted experiences.
In the physical world, it’s very easy to default into noticing what’s wrong, missing, frustrating, or not going as planned.
That focus naturally lowers your vibration.
When you focus on unwanted experiences, your aura transmits a lower-frequency signal. Others unconsciously read and energy-match that signal - often without realizing it.
Lower vibrations tend to attract more experiences that reinforce that same state, even if it happens without your conscious awareness.
So instead, this practice helps you shift your focus toward what’s working, what feels good, and what aligns, which raises your vibration and changes the energetic signal you’re broadcasting.
When you do this consistently, people - and non-physical support - naturally align with that higher-frequency intent.
It’s important to remember:
There are always both wanted and unwanted elements present at any moment. This practice isn’t about denying challenges - it’s about choosing where you place your attention.
Exercise: Decide to See What You Want
This is a decision-based awareness practice designed to gently but powerfully raise your vibration.
The most important times to practice this exercise are:
First thing when you wake up
Last thing before you go to sleep
These moments are when your subconscious mind is most receptive, and they set (and seal) your vibrational tone for the day.
How to Practice:
1 - Set the intention
Practice this before checking your phone or getting out of bed.
At the start of your day, consciously decide: “Today, I’m choosing to notice what I like and what’s going right.”
“As I begin my day, I choose to notice what I like and what’s working.
I’m open to seeing wanted experiences around me today.
I don’t need to search for them - I allow them to reveal themselves naturally.
I’m setting the tone for a higher, more aligned vibration today.”
Pause for a few breaths.
Then silently scan for one thing that already feels good:
Your body resting
The quiet of the morning
A sense of possibility
Comfort, warmth, or support
Let that feeling land before moving into your day.
2 - Look for what feels good
No matter where you are or what you’re doing, gently scan your environment and look for:
Something that looks good
Something that feels supportive
Something that’s working
Something you appreciate
These can be small, simple things.
3 - Pause and acknowledge
When you notice something positive, pause for a moment.
Let yourself mentally acknowledge it:
“This feels good.”
“This is working.”
“I like this.”
4 - Let your mental tape slow down
You’re not forcing positivity - just allowing your attention to rest on what’s already aligned.
5 - Repeat throughout the day
Gently return to this practice whenever you remember. Consistency matters more than effort.
6 - Close your day intentionally
Practice this while lying in bed, lights low or off.
Before sleep, reflect on a few things that went well or felt aligned. This helps stabilize your vibration overnight.
“As this day comes to a close, I choose to focus on what went well.
I allow my system to settle into appreciation and alignment.
I release what didn’t matter and keep what felt supportive.
I’m integrating today’s experiences into a higher, steadier vibration.”
Gently reflect on 3 things that:
Felt good
Went smoothly
Supported you
Brought clarity, ease, or relief
They don’t need to be big - small moments count.
Let your body soften as you hold those impressions, then allow yourself to drift into sleep.
Why This Works
By repeatedly choosing to notice what you want, you:
Shift your dominant focus
Raise your baseline vibration
Change the energetic signal your aura transmits
Invite more aligned experiences, people, and support
This is how alignment becomes something you live, not something you try to force.
