Member Journey: Part 2

Raise Your Vibration Journey

Feel good as you shift your vibration to a higher plane. Open to clearer, more loving intuitive messages, greater heart-centered awareness, heightened joy and optimism, deeper understanding, and a more expansive connection with life’s experiences and those around you.

The goal of this part of the journey will be to practice Pivoting from Low to High Vibration.

Why This Pivoting from Low to High Vibration Matters

Raising your vibration starts with intentional awareness and choice.

Life naturally brings moments of anger, frustration, sadness, or disappointment. These are normal, acceptable emotions.

However, holding onto them for long periods can lower your vibrational frequency, attracting more of the same into your experience.

The good news?

You have the power to pivot.

The goal is not to never have another experience in life that causes you frustration, anger or disappointment, but to learn how to lift yourself out of these energies into a better mental place when you want to go there.

After an unpleasant experience, have you ever thought to yourself - I don’t want this to ruin my day!

Well, with this practice, it now won’t.

Gone can be the days where you allow unpleasant external energies to affect your inner state for the long term.

By consciously shifting your thoughts and emotions, you can call forward positive feelings, align with your higher self, and attract experiences that support joy, love, and peace.

This practice is essential for creating a life guided by higher vibration rather than reactive patterns.

You can use this practice to shift your vibe before doing a reading, having a meeting, going to an event or any time where you want to shake off the low vibes and carry on quickly.

Let’s Identify Some Common Vibrational States

Lower Vibration Examples:

  • Anger

  • Frustration

  • Sadness

  • Disappointment

  • Envy

  • Hopelessness

Higher Vibration Examples:

  • Joy

  • Positive expectation

  • Gratitude

  • Contentment

  • Love

  • Peace

  • Success

  • Freedom

Key Point:

The goal isn’t to gaslight yourself or suppress negative emotions - it’s to honor them as valid, honest reactions to real life experiences and then intentionally pivot toward better-feeling thoughts.

Skill Outcomes

By practicing this process, you will develop:

  • Awareness of your current vibration

  • Ability to consciously shift thoughts and feelings

  • Greater energy field and emotional control

Exercise 1

Activate the Soul Star Chakra

Your Soul Star Chakra sits just above your head and connects you with your highest self and divine guidance. Activating it helps you align with your purpose and raise your vibration.

Sit comfortably, feet flat or legs uncrossed. Inhale deeply three times. Exhale fully.

Visualize a bright white-purple star radiating above your head. Hold for three breaths.

Imagine the light spiraling down your body, wrapping around your shoulders, torso, and to your feet. Feel yourself glowing in a swirl of violet-white-pearl light.

Repeat internally: I now invite in my Highest Self and my Angelic Team to support my energetic alignment.

Advanced (optional):

Visualize your Highest Self in your mind’s eye, imagine them, smiling, happy and completely fulfilled. Notice who or what is around your highest version.

Ask internally, what is one step I can take to be here? Notice what you receive intuitively in response to that question.

Exercise 2

Mentally Pivot to Positive Thoughts

Once you’re connected with your Higher Self, choose one area of your life where negative thoughts arise. It doesn’t matter how big or small the issue is.

The goal is to gradually pivot your mind from a lower vibrational thought to a higher one.

Example 1: Finances

  1. I don’t have enough money.

  2. I have more than some people do.

  3. I have enough to cover necessities this week.

  4. Some money is available for fun.

  5. I may receive unexpected opportunities or help.

Example 2: New Job Anxiety

  1. I’m worried this job won’t work out.

  2. I’m curious about how I can do well.

  3. I’ve succeeded in new situations before.

  4. This job could bring happiness and growth.

Example 3: Challenging Person

  1. I don’t like how they act.

  2. I only deal with them occasionally.

  3. I can handle interactions with positivity.

  4. They may have caring qualities I haven’t seen.

  5. My happiness and contentment may positively influence them.

Example 4: Retail Stress

  1. I’m frustrated that my order is delayed / customer service isn’t helpful.

  2. It’s understandable that delays happen; the situation is temporary.

  3. I have other things I can focus on while waiting.

  4. I can use this as an opportunity to practice patience and positivity.

  5. Maybe the delay will lead to a better outcome than I expected.

  6. I can communicate my needs and still receive support.

  7. This moment doesn’t define my day.

Practice: Pick one negative thought or situation. In a note, write down the thought and then add 6–10 upward steps to pivot it toward positivity.

Repeat for other challenges throughout the journey.

Exercise 3

Set Intentions for Your Next New Moment

Now that you have pivoted towards more positive thinking in that area, keep the momentum going.

Raising your vibration isn’t just a morning ritual; it’s about maintaining alignment throughout the day. Each new task, interaction, or moment is an opportunity to reset your intention.

Take the next task you have at hand and set an intention around it - intend for it to go smoothly, to enjoy it, to get it done swiftly, whatever it is, set a positive intention around it.

Examples:

  • Making tea: “I intend to enjoy this moment fully.”

  • Starting laundry: “I intend for this task to go smoothly.”

  • Returning an item: “I intend to interact positively with others.”

Ask yourself at the end of each new intention: “What do I now want?”

Then, set a new, positive intention for that moment. You can also use this when you’re in a bad mood to redirect yourself - stop your thoughts and intend for things to go well.

I specifically do this when I’m driving in the car and notice myself thinking stressfully about things - I stop and rewrite the script positively, then set a new intention.

This keeps your vibration fluid, positive, and aligned with your higher self.

To Recap:

Your goals this week are to practice activating your Soul Star Chakra to align with your Highest Self, which is a naturally high vibration. Then to practice Mental Pivoting so you can turn negative thoughts into better-feeling thoughts step by step. After that, your goal is to set a new positive intention - which helps you learn to consciously direct your vibration in every moment.

This practice won’t always take away underlying discomfort, but it will help you focus on other things - like what is going well, so you can feel better than before. The purpose isn’t always to be at 100% joy and love, but to pivot towards feeling better than you did.

Your Practice This Week:

  • Perform the Soul Star Chakra visualization three times.

  • Pick one challenging situation and pivot your thoughts daily.

  • Set new intentions for at least three different moments each day.
