Member Journey: Part 2
Working with Spirit Guides: Part 2
Tap into the wisdom and guidance of your higher support team, develop your abilities to communicate with the Spirit World and harness the power of your Spirit Guides for personal growth, clarity and spiritual connection.
During this part of the journey, you’re now going to practice immersively connecting with one of your Spirit Guides to identify and recognize their presence, tap into their loving energy and ask for a message.
Once you practice this exercise a few times, you may begin to notice when your Spirit Guide is around you throughout the day.
Meditative Exercise:
Meeting Your Spirit Guide
Find a quiet space where you can sit or lie down comfortably. Rest your gaze and begin to settle your body. Take 3 deep, cleansing breaths — in through your nose, out through your mouth.
Allow your breath to return to your natural rhythm, feeling your body relax with each exhale. Bring your attention gently to your heart space — the center of your chest.
Now bring your attention to the base of your spine and begin to visualize tree roots growing from the base of your spine deep into the Earth. Feel these roots anchoring you, providing stability, calm and safety.
With each breath, notice yourself feeling more present and centered in your body.
Silently say in your mind,
“I now invite my Spirit Guide to be present with me. I ask that you come forward in the light, with love, wisdom and guidance for my highest good.”
Sit quietly and notice any shift in energy — warmth, tingling, pressure, lightness or calm.
Ask gently and clearly:
“Dear Spirit Guide, please show me a feeling, a name, or a symbol I can associate with you — something that helps me recognize when you are near.”
Be open to whatever arises — this may be: a sensation (e.g., warmth in the heart, a hand on your shoulder), a name that floats into your awareness, a symbol or image in your mind’s eye (e.g., an animal, color, object) or a sense of knowing or inner calm.
Ask:
“What message do you have for me today?”
Sit in stillness and receive whatever comes — a word, a feeling, an image, or silence. Silence can be a message too.
When you feel complete, thank your Spirit Guide:
“Thank you for showing yourself to me.”
Visualize your Spirit Guide gently stepping back out of your energy field, but remaining nearby, as though they are standing in the shadow of your energy field.
Bring your awareness back to your heart and then to your body. Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Take a deep breath and come back to the room.
Reflection
What did I feel, see, or sense? Did I receive a name, feeling, or symbol? What message (if any) did I receive? How did this experience feel overall?

It’s okay if nothing clear comes at first.
Repetition builds connection. Keep practicing this exercise 1x per day.
Spirit Guides may reveal themselves gradually over time.
Stay open and patient with the process.
