Space Clearing Mastery Journey
Clearing Your Physical Space
Take a breath and arrive here.
Inhale… exhale…
Up until now, you’ve been mostly working within your inner world - clearing your energy, calling your power back, and strengthening your boundaries.
Now, we extend that work outward.
Because your physical space is not separate from you - it is an extension of your energy field.
Every object, every surface, every corner of your environment holds subtle energetic imprints of past moments, past versions of you, and past experiences.
When you clear your space, you are not just cleaning.
You are:
Releasing the past
Resetting the present
And making room for what is ready to enter next
Let’s begin.
Exercise 1: Physical Space Energy Reset (Declutter & Organize with Intention)
Release stagnant energy held within physical objects and your immediate environment.
Activity: Choose one small area to focus on today.
This could be:
A cluttered desk
A drawer or closet
A stack of papers, mail or receipts
Clothing you no longer wear
A room that feels heavy or stagnant
An entry way where items from errands have not yet been fully integrated
As you move through the space, stay present, become aware of the energy of what you’re touching.
Begin to organize items in the space, put things in their places, discard or declutter anything that’s no longer serving a purpose or bringing you joy.
As you release or rearrange items, you may say quietly: “I release anything here that no longer supports who I am now.”
You simply want to bring energetic order to the space and remember: you are not just organizing things - you are shifting energy.
Why This Matters
Objects carry energetic memory. When we hold onto items that no longer reflect who we are, they create subtle energetic noise in our environment.
Decluttering and organizing your space helps:
✨ Clear energetic residue from the past
✨ Align your space with your current self
✨ Create openness for new opportunities
✨ Support a lighter, clearer energy field
Often, as your space clears… your mind and vibe follow.
Exercise 2: Physical Energy Clearing
Actively clear energy using a physical tool to anchor the experience in the body.
Choose a tool you already have:
Crystal (Selenite, Black Tourmaline, Rose Quartz)
Herb or scent (Sage, Palo Santo, Rosemary, Essential oils)
Sound (singing bowl, chime, frequency music)
Or simply your hands
Step 1: Clear Your Body
Stand or sit comfortably.
Take a breath.
Set your intention: “I am now clearing all stagnant energy and welcoming in what supports my highest good. I release all stagnant and non-supportive energy.”
Starting at the crown of your head, move your tool (or hands) slowly down your body in a gentle, clockwise motion.
Move around:
Front and back of the body
Under the arms
Between the legs
Soles of the feet
Pause at key areas:
Back of the neck
Solar Plexus
Hands
Behind the knees
Take your time.
Feel the energy shift as you move. Once you get to the soles of your feet, your physical energy clearing is complete.
Finish by sweeping your tool and the energy downward into the Earth.
Step 2 (Advanced): Clear Your Space
When ready, extend this practice to your environment.
Start at the highest point in your home if you are in a multi-level dwelling or the furthest point from your front door if you are on a single level.
Bring your tool slowly through each room in a clockwise direction.
As you go:
Open windows, closets, and doors
Move into corners and hidden spaces
Allow energy to flow and release
Repeat internally:
“This space is clear, balanced, and aligned with my highest good. I release all stagnant and non-supportive energy.”
Close with: “My energy is clear. My field is sealed.”
Integration Reminder
Even if your space is already “clean,” energy is always moving. If you’ve already physically cleansed the energy in your space, focus on small, consistent resets more than a total overhaul.
Also, your energy evolves daily - moment to moment - and your space can evolve with you. What worked for your space last year, or even yesterday, may be different today.
Final Thoughts
Once you have finished 1 round of these exercises, take a moment now to look around your space. Notice how it feels. Notice how you feel within it.
Do you feel lighter and clearer? Does the room feel bigger?
If so, your space clearing practices are working.
Throughout this journey, you have learned how to call your energy back, clear your personal field, strengthen your boundaries, shift your digital environment and now, clear and align your physical space
These are not one-time practices - they are tools you can carry forward.
When your energy is clear, you may think more clearly, you may feel more grounded and you move through life with greater intention.
And from that place your intuition becomes easier to access, soul aligned decisions become clearer and your energy becomes your foundation.
Inhale…exhale…
Your space is clear. Your energy is yours. And you are ready to move forward from here.
This is not the end, but a new beginning.
As your energy continues to evolve, so will your awareness of what is ready to be released and what is ready to come in. Trust that you now have the ability to clear, reset, and return to your natural state of balance whenever you need to.
With each breath, each intention, and each act of clearing, you are choosing to live more fully in your own energy - grounded, open, and aligned with your highest path.
