The art of shedding old energetic skins so you can live, choose, and create from your clearest, strongest self.
Clearing Your Personal Energy Field
Before you can effectively clear the energy of a room, home, or environment, it’s essential to first clear your own energy field.
Your personal energy field - often called your aura - constantly interacts with the spaces around you.
When your field is clear, grounded, and uplifted, you naturally bring coherence, clarity, and higher vibration into the environments you enter.
In many cases, your presence alone can begin shifting the energy of a space.
However, if your energy field is cluttered with stress, emotional residue, or energy from other people, it can be harder to sense what a space truly needs.
Clearing yourself first allows you to:
✨ Discern energy more clearly in a space
✨ Avoid absorbing unwanted energies while working with people or environments
✨ Maintain a higher vibrational presence that naturally shifts the atmosphere around you
Think of yourself as a tuning fork in a room. When you are energetically clear and aligned, the surrounding space begins to harmonize with you.
For this reason, many experienced practitioners begin every space clearing session with personal energy clearing.
Let’s practice that now.
Personal Energy Space Clearing Meditation
Begin by sitting comfortably with your feet on the floor and your hands resting softly in your lap, palms up.
Gently soften your gaze.
Take a slow breath in… and a slow breath out.
Again, inhale deeply… and exhale, allowing your shoulders to soften.
One more time, breathing in… and breathing out.
Now imagine a rope of light tied gently around your waist, with a heavy anchor at the end.
Visualize dropping this anchor down through the floor… through the soil… down through layers of earth… until it reaches deep into the center of the Earth.
Give the rope a gentle tug and feel yourself anchored, grounded, and supported.
Now bring awareness to the space around your body.
Imagine a transparent, shimmering bubble surrounding you - your energy field.
If you sense any heavy, dense, or intrusive energies in your space, simply notice them.
With each breath out, watch these energies dissolve and drift away, like morning mist disappearing in sunlight. Gently push anything that doesn’t belong to you out of your bubble.
Breathe in and out… your space becomes lighter… clearer… calmer.
Now imagine strands of your own energy returning to you from everywhere your attention has been today - conversations, worries, responsibilities, and memories.
Watch these fragments of the past return to your energy body, as threads of light, and gather into a warm glowing ball in your solar plexus, just above your belly.
Feel your energy returning home to you and welcome it back internally with your thoughts.
Now visualize a beautiful violet flame appearing above your head, floating right above your Crown Chakra.
This flame is gentle, wise, and purifying. It loves you and all creation.
Allow the violet light to pour down through the crown of your head, washing through your mind… your throat… your heart… your stomach… your hips and legs… all the way to your feet.
The violet flame dissolves any remaining dense energy and transforms it into light.
Your entire energy field becomes brighter and clearer.
Now imagine a warm golden-orange flame glowing in your belly.
With each breath, the flame grows brighter.
The light fills your whole body… then expands one foot around you… two feet around you… sense your aura now glowing with soft golden rainbow light.
Now imagine a protective electric-blue light gently coating the outside of your aura. Like a luminous shield, it seals your energy space and purifies it with light.
Silently say: "Only energies that support my highest good may enter my space."
If you wish, imagine a protector guide or supportive presence coming into your space and standing beside you, helping keep your space clear and strong.
Ask if they have a message for you and simply notice what you receive.
Pause… take a slow breath in.
Feel your body… your seat… your feet on the floor.
Gently wiggle your toes, fingers, and shoulders. When you’re ready, slowly come back to the room.
Your energy field is now clear, grounded, uplifted, and protected.
Advanced Optional Practice: Clearing Your Digital Energy Space
Just like your personal energy field, your digital and physical environments also hold energy.
Every message, image, and piece of information you interact with influences your thoughts, emotions, and vibration. In today’s world, much of the energy entering our field comes through screens, notifications, emails, and social media feeds. By intentionally adjusting what flows into your life, you begin tuning the energetic dial of your environment.
Think of your energy like a river. Everything you read, watch, store, or follow becomes a stream that feeds that river.
When you adjust those flows, the river naturally becomes clearer and lighter over time.
Exercise: Refresh Your Digital Landscape
Take a few moments to move through your digital spaces with awareness.
1. Clean Your Inbox
Unsubscribe from email lists that feel draining, irrelevant, unnecessary, or overwhelming. Keep the ones that inspire, educate, or support you.
2. Clear Your Social Media Energy
Leave groups or mute accounts that create stress or negativity. Remove saved posts or likes that no longer resonate. Follow or engage with content that supports creativity, growth, or joy.
3. Refresh Your Digital Identity
Search your name online using incognito mode. Update or remove any old accounts that no longer represent who you are today.
4. Optional Advanced Clearing
You may also choose to delete unused bookmarks, clear browser cookies and cache, or remove old files, downloads, or photos you no longer need.
Why This Matters
Digital platforms use algorithms that mirror your past attention. By clearing old interactions and creating new ones, you retrain the algorithm to bring you information that aligns with your current vibration and intentions.
You’re not just cleaning your feed - you’re reshaping the energetic input entering your awareness.
You also don’t need to do everything at once.

Small shifts create meaningful energetic changes.
