Journey Through Past Lives

Welcome to your guided Past Life Reading practice ~
You’ve done all the prep work that has led you here and your inner vision will now begin to open to receive intuition, memory and soul wisdom in one clear stream.
Exploring past lives does not always require hours of deep regression - you’ll be able to walk through the exercises below in about 20-30 minutes.
Your soul is always speaking so in this practice all we are doing is setting aside time from the noise and chaos of the world so you can hear it.
With the grounding, intention setting, and the present practice below, you can access past life memories from the comfort of wherever you are now.
In this part of the journey, we’ll cover three core exercises:
A Quick Past Life Self-Reading
A Past Life Relationship Reading
Past Life Multi Sensory Reading
Together, they help you connect with how previous lifetimes influence your energy, emotions, and relationships today - and how to reclaim your power from the timelines that shaped you.
You’ll begin to recognize energetic continuums across times, patterns ready for harmonizing, wisdom ready to be reclaimed and how past life frequencies influence your present field.
These practices will reveal deeper karmic cycles and expand your understanding of soul networks.
Let’s begin.
Find a comfortable seat with your feet flat on the floor. Roll your shoulders back and down, let your hands rest on your lap, palms facing upward.
Breathe in slowly through the nose… imagine golden light rising from the Earth into your Root Chakra.
Exhale through the nose… releasing tension up and out through your Crown Chakra.
Repeat this breath pattern three times.
Now visualize a soft sphere of light forming around your body - a calm, protective field that centers, grounds, and opens your awareness.
Say silently or aloud:
“I am open, grounded, and ready to remember what my soul is ready to show me.”
Exercise 1: Past Life Self-Reading
Discover which past life timelines are presently influencing your energy, emotions, relationships and path, and how to integrate them now.
Your soul carries empowering patterns and repeating cycles. This practice helps you sense these energetic threads and understand what is ready to be healed or activated.
Begin this practice by grounding and centering your energy, rolling your shoulders back and down, uncrossing your legs, breathing deeply and putting on some soft music if you like.
Say silently:
“I invite past life energy relevant to my growth to step forward now.”
Using your thoughts, invite in your Past Life Guardian Spirit Guide.
Ask that he or she bring into your awareness an energetic cloud that contains the past life energy important to your path now into your field.
Ask: “Show me a scene from a past life that I am resolving through my actions now.”
As the scene forms, breathe its energy into your Heart Chakra.
On the inhale, pull the energy down your legs; on the exhale, lift it back up into your Heart and then into your Third Eye.
Be open to whatever arrives: sensations, images, thoughts, colors, symbols, or emotions.
How are you picking up these past life energies?
• Is there a feeling in your body?
• A sudden emotion?
• A quick mental image or symbolic scene?
• A sense of a previous identity, setting, or role?
Do not force it - just let whatever comes, come. Past life memories can come to you and speak in subtle, intuitive layers.
“What is this past life experience teaching me now?”
“How do I integrate this energy into my life today?”
Let the answers arise naturally, noticing how you receive the answers to these questions - is it a thought, image or sensation?
“Thank you for this guidance. I integrate it with clarity and gratitude.”
Exercise 2: Past Life Relationship Healing
Understand and integrate the past life connections behind complicated relationships especially where patterns, tension, or karmic cycles repeat.
People who challenge us often share unresolved lessons from previous lifetimes. This process helps you uncover what your soul is trying to resolve and how to find peace.
To begin, select one person you want to experience greater peace with. It can be someone you struggle with or someone who is simply important to you.
Inhale and exhale, relaxing your body, and settling into a calm, comfortable seat.
Hold this person gently in your awareness. Call back in your Past Life Guardian for support.
Say internally: “Show me the most important past life relationship between us that affects us today.”
Begin to allow a scene, thought impressions and feelings to arise.
You may receive a full scene, a symbolic image, a feeling, a role you each held or a vague sense of the dynamic between you.
Trust what comes into your intuitive awareness and now ask internally your Past Life Guardian these deeper questions:
“What was our connection?”
“What pattern are we repeating now?”
“What is the lesson and soul growth opportunity between us?”
Let intuition respond through images, sensations, or emotion.
Place your hand over your heart, breathe in light and say:
“I now release any old patterns and welcome peace, clarity, and new understanding.”
If you want to go deeper, now let’s explore a group relationship energy.
Some relationship dynamics represent family, groups or cultural past lives.
Visualize or call forward a sense of the the group energy connected to this person and ask:
“Show me the past life history of this connection.”
Notice if multiple lifetimes, shared struggles, ancient agreements or collective lessons are revealed.
When the you feel all the energy has come forward, place your hand over your heart, breathe in light and say:
“I now release any old patterns and welcome peace, clarity, and new understanding.”
Exercise 3: Multisensory Past Life Reading
Our final practice.
Use this when you want a full, structured reading experience.
To begin, inhale golden light from the Earth into your Root Chakra. Exhale any stress in your body out through your Crown Chakra.
Repeat this process three times.
Now begin to sense your soul body lifting up and up out of your physical body, floating upwards in a golden channel. As you float upwards, the Akashic Temple begins to appear in the celestial sky.
Sense yourself floating across a golden energy bridge toward the Temple, floating in through the front entrance and into the main hall.
Internally say: “I now invite the most relevant Past Life Self forward with a truth I am ready to embody.”
Visualize a glowing version of yourself walking to greet you in the main hall.
“What wisdom do you carry that I need now?”
“What pattern am I repeating?”
Listen through your internal images, bodily sensations, emotions and any symbolic scenes that come forward.
Now visualize golden light entering your Heart Chakra, down into your Sacral Chakra and into the Root Chakra to release old karmic energies, then up into Throat Chakra and Third Eye Chakra for clarity.
“What one action aligns me with this past wisdom?”
Write the answer down immediately.
Say to your past life self, “Thank you for your guidance. I integrate this with gratitude and sovereignty.”
Now imagine yourself floating in a peaceful light where all your past expressions coexist.
Say to yourself softly:
“I welcome the wisdom, love, and strength of every lifetime ready to be integrated.”
Visualize a golden thread of light weaving through every lifetime - connecting ancient versions of you to the present moment.
Feel wholeness. Feel unity. Feel the continuity of your soul.
Say internally: “I carry forward the gifts, compassion, and clarity that serve my highest path.”
Breathe deeply. Now begin to leave the Temple, floating back across the golden bridge and down your golden channel. Return to your body.
Inhale and exhale.

Over the course of Journey Through Past Lives, you’ve traveled through the deepest layers of your soul’s history, beginning with Part 1, where you remembered your soul’s ancient wisdom, cleared old timelines shaping your energy today, and met your Past Life Guardian, the guide who walks with you through every dimension of your evolution.
In Part 2, you expanded into the Akashic Realm itself, learning to safely enter the Hall of Records, receive healing from your Soul Council, review karmic patterns, and activate the light codes your spirit has long been ready to reclaim.
Now in Part 3, you brought all of that preparation into practice through three intuitive reading experiences - a Past Life Self-Reading, a Relationship Healing Reading, and a Multi-Sensory Past Life Session within the Akashic Temple.
Together, these practices taught you how to recognize soul patterns, harmonize old cycles, restore inner power, and walk forward with the integrated wisdom of many lifetimes.
