Part One: Discussion & Exercises (45 minutes): Learn the featured topic of the month through practical guidance, discussion, and interactive exercises.
Part Two: Advanced Practice Session: Dive deeper with advanced intuitive development exercises designed to help you apply what you’ve learned.
