Member Journey: Part 2

How to Manifest Journey

Move from simply feeling aligned to consciously creating your life by learning how to direct your energy, focus, and intention. You’ll explore manifestation as an intentional practice rooted in awareness, emotional alignment, and inspired action - not wishful thinking or forcing outcomes. Through grounding exercises and practical tools, you’ll build trust in your creative power and learn how to attract experiences that support your well-being and growth.

You’ve already done the foundational work - learning how to focus on your own journey and bring yourself into a genuine state of appreciation in the present moment.

Now, the intention shifts toward something new: consciously focusing on manifesting a dream that hasn’t yet materialized.

As a conscious creator - and as someone who actively manages the energy within their immediate environment - you have the capacity to positively influence what unfolds around you.

Your attention, emotions, and expectations are not passive; they play a role in shaping your experience.

Before we move into the practical portion of this journey, it’s worth briefly touching on an idea from science that helps frame this concept.

Think back to high school physics and the idea of the observer effect.

In quantum mechanics, this refers to the phenomenon where particles behave differently when they are observed. In simple terms, the act of observation itself appears to influence what is being observed.

Whenever I encountered this concept - whether in high school or college - it was often described as mysterious or even a bit unsettling, something science didn’t yet fully understand.

Regardless of the deeper “why,” the takeaway is compelling: observation and energy are not neutral partners in reality.

There is evidence suggesting that systems do not exist in isolation, and that interaction with an energetic field - including attention and intention - can influence behavior and direction.

What’s fascinating about this idea is that it implies particles don’t operate independently of their environment. They respond to surrounding energy, and that energy can affect not only their state, but their movement and trajectory.

When we extrapolate this concept beyond protons and electrons and apply it to the material world we live in, it becomes easier to see how our focus, mindset, and emotional energy may meaningfully influence outcomes in our own lives.

I don’t usually get too science-heavy anymore, but having taught science in the past, I always enjoy when these ideas align.

With that context in mind, let’s return to our journey.

Seamless Meditative Manifestation Exercise

This exercise is important because it gently shifts you out of control, urgency, and over-efforting and into a state of safety, openness, and alignment, where meaningful change naturally unfolds.

It creates mental and emotional flexibility, allowing desire to be clarified by walking the vision backward so you connect future possibilities to present-moment awareness, helping your mind recognize alignment and intuitive next steps rather than forcing action.

At the same time, visualizing the desired state builds emotional familiarity, training the brain to perceive it as possible and accessible, which will subtly influence your choices and responses.

Asking your inner self for guidance strengthens trust in your own intuition, while releasing attachment reduces resistance - making it easier to notice opportunities, respond naturally, and allow the unfolding to exceed what you could have consciously planned.

(This or Something Better)

Find a comfortable position. Let your body settle.

Rest your gaze or gently soften your eyes.

Take a slow inhale through your nose.

Exhale fully through your mouth.

Again - inhale, letting your chest and belly expand.

Exhale, releasing any urgency, expectation, or pressure.

You don’t need to force anything here. This is a space of openness.

Now, from this calm and positive mental state, bring to mind a dream you would like to invite into your life.

There is no “right” dream.

Any desire is acceptable - big or small, clear or still forming.

Choose one you are willing to be surprised by… one where you’re open to how it arrives.

Silently, or softly to yourself, form this intention:

“I desire this dream {name it} to come into my life. I now call in the physical and non-physical resources that support its unfolding.

I ask the Universe to show me proof - both tangible and subtle - that this is aligning, and I remain open to this outcome, or something even better.”

Take another slow breath in.

Exhale.

Now allow yourself to envision - not strain, just notice.

Imagine yourself in the future, having this experience.

Where are you?

What are you wearing?

Who are you with - if anyone?

What are you working on, or enjoying?

How does your body feel in this reality?

Notice the emotional tone more than the details.

Ease. Satisfaction. Presence. Expansion.

Now gently imagine yourself walking backward in time.

Three weeks before this moment - what are you doing?

Nothing dramatic. Just a glimpse.

Two weeks before - what small actions or choices are present?

One week before - how are you spending your time?

Now walk back to ten minutes from now. What are you doing? How are you spending this time?

Inhale.

Exhale.

Bring your awareness back into the room, while keeping the feeling with you.

Ask yourself - without judgment:

Did I see anything I could begin right now?

Even a thought, a conversation, a pause, a choice.

There is no pressure to act immediately.

Simply noticing brings alignment.

Now, let the vision expand once more.

Imagine yourself ten years in the future, where this dream - or something better - has fully integrated into your life.

What kind of person are you now? What surrounds you? What feels different inside?

Walk yourself back again - five years… one year… three months… and finally, one more time, ten minutes from now.

Each step reveals that the dream is not separate from you. It’s a series of moments you’re already capable of entering.

Rest here for a few breaths.

If it feels natural, ask your inner self: What is one thought I can hold today that supports this unfolding?

Let the answer arise gently, or trust that it will come later.

Take one final inhale. Exhale slowly.

When you’re ready, come back to the room.

Carry this openness with you today.

Stay curious. Stay receptive.

The Universe often delivers not exactly what we imagined - but what fulfills the role even more completely.

This dream, or something better, is already in motion.

For best results, practice this exercise 1x per day and practice it with the same desire.

You can also use this practice to shape a manifestation that already exists, to guide the continued experience where you want it to go.

A Few Tips For Success -

  • Negative thoughts don’t mean you’re failing - they’re simply starting points. When they arise, use them as gentle cues to pivot toward slightly better-feeling thoughts until you return to alignment.

  • Remember your first responsibility is to your own state of alignment. From there, your energy naturally influences others, but you are never responsible for how they respond or for maintaining their vibration.

  • If people around you are operating in a lower vibration, it’s perfectly okay to keep your manifestation work private. Not every dream needs to be shared.

  • Be patient with timing. While manifestation can create quick shifts and wins, some dreams unfold more slowly. Certain outcomes involve multiple people, circumstances, or layers of awareness aligning at once, and that process can take time. This doesn’t mean it isn’t working - only that it’s organizing.

Most importantly, know that you’re not doing this alone. You have support—from me, from others walking this path with you, and from your Spirit Team, who hear your dreams and hold space for them as they unfold.
