So often what we say with our thoughts doesn’t exactly match the dream, the vision or the fear we hold in our heart, our belly or our body. ⁣

We criticize when we mean to joke, we condemn, when we mean to say we’re hurt, and we correct, when we mean to say we’re scared. ⁣

Forgiving others for missteps in connection is forgiving ourselves for our own social faux paus. ⁣

The digital world can make everything feel so rushed. ⁣

It’s different from the world of physical work where you can just put it down, because it continues in a stream that never ends. ⁣

In fact it never ends, the stream always continues. Ideas that come into your stream may take years to manifest though some do happen overnight. ⁣

Visions that appear immediate could take some work to materialize. It all gets done. Inch by inch. ⁣

How many times have you messed up step four? ⁣
⁣
I will tell you that I’ve not only wasted hours and days messing it up, I’ve lost years of my life. ⁣
⁣
Beating myself over perceived mistakes I made and perceived mistakes I thought other people made. ⁣
⁣
Then something weird started happening. ⁣
⁣
For a couple of years, I’d make what I thought was a mistake and then a day or two later I’d witness someone making that same “mistake.” ⁣
⁣
Or I’d judge someone for a mistake they made and then shortly thereafter, I’d do it too. ⁣
⁣
First, I thought it was a fluke - witnessing and practicing the same mistakes others had, but then I realized what life was trying to show me.⁣
⁣
As recently as a couple of days ago I was teaching something and I messed up and I noticed I started that old habit of beating myself up. Then I went to a yoga class for new students who are graduating their program. ⁣
⁣
The teacher fumbled in a pose, and I thought it was great - literally the best part of the class - because I saw in that fumble I could forgive myself. Yet again. It made me laugh. ⁣
⁣
The entire class was great, the music was awesome, the poses were perfect and at the end she said; “I only fumbled a few times,” apologizing. ⁣
⁣
When really, the fumble of the class was this one students favorite part. ⁣
⁣
So what if there were no mistakes? ⁣
⁣
What if one persons fumble is another persons forgiveness? ⁣
⁣
What if we all realized we were one another? ⁣
⁣
That our mistakes are each others? ⁣
⁣
We can let each other go like that. ⁣
⁣
We can also let ourselves go like that. ⁣
⁣
It’s all in how you handle Step 4. ⁣

I expected to be somewhere else when I turned 34. I expected to be married, have kids, have a house. ⁣

Also, for the vast majority of my life I expected to be somewhere other than here. ⁣
⁣
There were times I wanted to be someone else, live somewhere else, and trade my whole life in for a new one. I remember feeling this way since when I was young. I even wanted another family. This is true though every member of my family is incredibly smart, talented and interesting. The Meders are known to be intense. ⁣
⁣
My whole goal now is to just be happy here. To find emotional balance and peace. To be fine with who I am. ⁣
⁣
There are tools that help with this - some of them are spiritual, some of them are physical. And I’ve started to share both that have worked for me. ⁣
⁣
The spirits provide us with some of the tools we need to fulfill our goals and sometimes looking to them repeatedly for answers only provides the same result. ⁣
⁣
It’s here when we have to look to the heart and to the physical for what moves us. ⁣
⁣
I have suffered and I know the injustices - I know about lack of money, lack of love, betrayal, abuse, abandonment, not having shelter, all of that. ⁣
⁣
I also know that living with what has happened is the only way - ⁣
⁣
And you can do it and your heart can be free, expanded and whole.⁣
⁣

Then, I went through all of the products in our home, refreshed them, and realized sometime mid-last year that I haven’t had a migraine in a while. ⁣

It’s hard to sense the body barometer and pick up on what’s true when you’re in physical pain, I know this for sure. And forget seeing clairvoyantly with a headache! ⁣
⁣
This is why health and spiritual connection go hand-in-hand. The better you feel the easier it is to sense what’s true because you don’t have to weed through all the pain. ⁣
⁣
They always say intuitives are the canaries and if we don’t speak up about what products affect us, who will? ⁣
⁣
Anyway; enough of that speech. ⁣
⁣
If you’re getting a big idea this month, listen. Even if it’s not part of your “original” dream. It’s all circular. ⁣
