An aura is the energetic body of the human Spirit.
It’s visible to the naked, human eye, if you know how to look for it.
An aura is the subtle electromagnetic field, put off by the human Spirit.
Anything that is composed of molecules has an electric field. Even if the charge of this electric field if neutral (undetectable), the electric field can be activated with movement and change in the area of the person, object, plant or animal.
To see an aura, it is a matter of training your eyes to look for the subtle energy of this field around something or someone.
How To See An Aura
Step 1. Identify potential subjects to practice on.
When looking for an aura, you are looking for the visually subtle electric field of something.
If that something is an active being, moving, changing, growing, and shifting forms, it will be much easier to see it’s electric field - it’s aura.
For best results, you want to choose a subject that has an active energetic system such as:
- A living houseplant
- A tree
- A friend
- An animal
These are all good subjects to practice on.
In this exercise, we are going to use YOU as the subject.
Step 2. Dim the lights
Subtle energy is easiest to see when your senses are not already overtaxed.
With lights that are too bright, with a television on that is too loud, or with thoughts in your mind that are too active - it’s hard for any other sensory cue to get in and be noticed by you.
Since we are practicing using our eyes to see an aura, and in turn our clairvoyance, we want to limit any distracting sensory exposure coming into through the visual cortex.
Dim the lights and then remove and clean up visual clutter.
Step 3. Get a hand-held mirror
For this exercise, you are going to be looking at yourself in the mirror to practice seeing the outline of your Spirit - your aura.
Place a mirror across from you at a comfortable distance of at least 1 foot and up to 10 feet away. Make sure that your upper body, at least from your chest, shoulders and head upwards is visible within the mirror.
Step 4. Sit down and get comfortable
Once you’ve dimmed the lights, gather any meditative supplies that you need.
Find a comfortable place to sit for a short period of time.
Step 5. Relax your vision
Take a moment to relax your eyes.
Do not strain your vision, practice gazing upon the room you are in.
Focus on an object on the room, and then release your focus into a gaze. Stare at a book in the bookcase, try to read the words. Then, release your vision into a wide focus gaze, not looking at anything in particular.
Focus on something, then release.
Focus, then release.
Try this 3x.
Step 6. Gaze into the mirror
On your final release, move your gaze into the mirror to look at yourself.
Gaze with relaxed vision in the mirror.
Practice for as long as you can hold the gaze or until you start to see a fuzzy halo around your shoulders, head or crown.
Your aura, when you start to see one, can look like:
A clear halo
Fuzzy air around your body
Stronger colors near your head
Fading out down the rest of your body
An inconsistent border around your body
If you have to release your gaze and look away, even after just a few minutes, take a break and try again.
Generally, it can take between 5-10 separate attempts at this mirror gazing technique start seeing an aura.
It’s like looking for a Magic Eye. It can take a while to get it - but once you got it, you got it.
Seeing Auras is the first step in seeing non-physical Spirits. An Aura is the Spirit of the person in the Human body. If you can start to see the Spirit of someone in a physical body, soon, you’ll be able to see the Spirits of those without physical body.
