How To Get Rid Of Scary Spirits Easily

To get rid of a scary Spirit, you have to decide to do something about it other than be afraid.
Fear does not solve fear.
Compassion solves fear. An attempt at understanding solves fear.
Usually when there is a Scary Spirit is around, it is fear that is being projected onto you, and clairsentiently, you are picking this up from the Spirit.
This is often coming from an Earthbound Spirit.
To Release Spirits Who Bring You Undesirable Energy And Feelings
If you want a Spirit to leave, you have to tell them the effect of their actions from a neutral place, and tell them to leave. Do it clearly, stand your ground. You can do it telepathically or out loud.
You can visualize a window of light and ask if they wanted to step into it - a technique I discuss here: How To Cross Over A Spirit.
If you want a Spirit to stop bothering you, ask, what is going on, so that you can figure out the solution. Step into the energy intuitively and see what you sense.
If you want a Spirit to stop being scary, you have the power to manage your own space - all you have to do is exert that power and stand up for yourself. Visualize light coming into your Solar Plexus, and bringing the light of Spirit into you.
