Appreciation is a sense, a feeling that results from having an immense amount of gratitude for a thing, person, place or experience.

When you are in a state of appreciation, you feel grateful, pleased and happy about all that you have, all that is to come and all that has been.

Appreciation is an emotion that is similar to bliss in that it generally gives the holder of the feeling a sense of joy and contentment.

Once you are in a state of appreciation, the next thing you naturally want to do is extend your sense of appreciation outward to others.

1 - Food

Food, water and nutrients, giving nourishment is a great way to show that you appreciate those around you.

Food, and all forms of physical sustainment, are a universally welcomed way to show others that you appreciate them and demonstrate that you want to see that they continue to be around.

Consider giving who you appreciate their favorite treat, bringing them lunch or making them dinner.

2 - Money

Offering money to people, and the services and things they provide, is a way to vote energetically that this person and what they offer continues being around in your life, allowing you and others to continue to appreciate the gifts they are sharing.

When someone does not receive money to exist, that person, their service, or the product they offer, vanishes. So if you appreciate a person or something they offer, give money to use to exist allowing it’s continued appreciation.

3 - Positive Attention

Show appreciation with attention. Speak positively, donate focused action and verbally praise what you appreciate. Attention through words or actions, bestows positive energy onto the person and what they’re creating, which usually amplifies the person’s aura, chi and life energy.

When a person’s energy is amplified, it gets bigger, allowing it to become more of whatever it is you appreciate about them, benefiting them, what they offer to you, and you.

4 - Think Positive Thoughts About Them

Think positive thoughts on what exactly you appreciate about someone’s offering. This generates a stream of positive energy from you to them, which feeds both you and that person.

Typically when a person and what they’re creating senses waves of appreciation, it responds in kind by sending similar energy back to you, creating a feedback loop of appreciation. You appreciate, they appreciate being appreciated, which amplifies their offering back to you.

5 - Give a Gift from the Heart

Think about the person, a product or service they are creating that you appreciate and consider giving a gift. What is the first gift your heart wants to give? Give that thing to what you appreciate. It can be a resource you have on hand, your time or motivational words to keep going.

The point of the gift is not the gift itself, but the gesture of appreciation, which is held in the object, resource, energy or item being given. When this gift passes from you to the other, your appreciation is shown.

To end, the answer to a common question:

Why is appreciation so important?

Appreciation is so important because it amplifies and expands the energy of whoever you love and value, bringing you more of this person and what they offer.

When you appreciate someone, through the actions above, it grows, allowing them to give back to you and others who also value this person. As a person feels appreciated, they often show and reveal more of who they are on a soul level, allowing you greater access to the very things you appreciate about this person.
