Opening a new oracle deck is like opening a new bag of lollipops for me. Whenever I open a new deck, I'm always looking for something to love and I get all excited about all the new flavors I'm about to get into. 

So when I got this deck last month, naturally, I was pumped. And I've been carrying it in my purse ever since. 

The Empowering The Teenage Soul Oracle Deck is an Indie Card Deck by author Shana Lee Gibson. She's a spiritual mentor in British Columbia, she works with teens. 

In short, I love these cards. And not just for the teenage soul, but for any empathetic.

Anyone who identifies with being sensitive, wearing their heart on their sleeve. 

This deck is for you!

Cards you don't see everywhere. 

With Positive Messaging.

This deck is real and honest about what's happening, but it is also positive, always stressing positive outcomes. Which is why I love it so much. It's always trying to cheer you up, this deck. Always trying to get you to see the bright side. 

It is basically a spirit guide, in a deck - encouraging solution-minded thinking and while empathizing with you and your situation. 

It also comes with a guidebook that explains how it knows what you feel. 

About the guidebook: 

It's a very empathetic guidebook - I know some decks have straight forward booklets that just cut straight to the chase (sometimes, I'm reading guidebooks and I think wow harsh, but someone's gotta say it right?) Sometimes you just need to hear it like that. 

This guide book is a little softer.

It cuts to the chase, but it also gives you a pep talk as it does that.

So it is like a friend. 

Because of this, I especially like this deck for emotional questions. It's also a good deck for self-readings, if you're doing those. 

This is an intuition encouraging deck. The deck itself is all about self trust.

If you have a teen who is insecure or getting bullied, feeling afraid of being themselves or struggling with identity, this would be a good deck for them. If you have someone who is feeling jaded and hopeless, this would be a good one for them, too, as it's encouraging. 

I mean, look at those horses following their spirit guides. If they can do it...

In the deck, there is also a Pet Spirit Guide Card, which is a favorite of mine and it's just one of the many unique inclusions I love about this deck.

The Empowering the Teenage Soul Oracle Deck has a mix of both traditional and non-traditional cards. It has Chakra cards but it also has things you don't see in every deck, like pet Spirit Guide cards and talk about foods, diet. 

The Empowering The Teenage Soul Oracle Deck is an indie produced deck that includes a box, a guidebook and all 33-oracle cards. 

It is a great deck for all sensitive souls, water signs, empaths, and yes, even teens.

It's especially helpful if you're doing a lot of readings for young people, have trouble with emotionally cloudy clients, reaching people who are normally hard to reach (maybe that's you), and/or for reading other empathetic souls.
