A universal guardian spirit of wellness professions, this is a spirit that comes in and can be called up when a person is undergoing a transformational wellbeing change in their life.

The type of wellness changes that Archangel Raphael could be involved in include significant lifestyle changes in:

• Eating, ingesting, skincare - a change in anything you take into your body

• Career or life path - a change of job, change of a career, or a change of role in one’s life

• Type of primary persons associated with - a move from hanging out in one area of your soul group to another

Any change to your inputs, whether it be by preference or a shift in the circumstances, Archangel Raphael is thought to make this change the smoothest ride possible.

I think of this Angel as the whitewater rapids boat coach of life - not always yelling, though this angel tends to be quite direct.

Typical signs from Archangel Raphael include:

• Being gifted items that are an emerald green color

• Having a preference/sudden new attraction to green glitter items, such as eyeliners, cars or jewelry

• Seeing the number sign 444

• People telling you about Archangel Raphael or being amongst others talking about him in your presence

• Flashes of green in your meditation or mind’s eye

These are the first few signs that come to mind for this Angel, though there are other signs not listed here. So if you got a sign that you thought was him, and it’s not listed here, it's still possible it was.

A few of the best ways of working with this Angel involve:

• Speaking to him

• Visualizing his angel color (emerald green with some gold) in meditation

• Surrounding yourself with the iconography of this angel - which can be very subtle

One of my recent favorite pieces of art iconography involving Archangel Raphael are the sacred geometry grids created by Angel Roots and Boots. 

Grids are geometry-themed pieces designed to pair with crystals and they can be made out of virtually any material, though they’ve been popularized most when put on clothing. Angel Roots and Boots pieces are unique because they’re on wood.
