Are you looking to scale your energy work, reading, or spiritual coaching business to the next level? 

Giving readings and thinking about adding additional income streams? Want to free up your time from clients to invest in creative projects?

Being a medium is about more than readings.

Readings, consultations, and private sessions are usually the primary income source for most psychic mediums. However, they can also be the most labor-intensive.

Giving too many readings can occasionally create a compassionate burnout or empathic drain. 

Some empaths or psychics develop physical ailments from performing too many sessions, even though they enjoy them. 

So as an intuitive consultant, it can be helpful to have alternative income sources outside of one-on-one hourly sessions because this gives you the ability to take sick leave, vacations, and weekends off.

With multiple tributaries, it adds a little bit of an insurance or buffer if you make changes to another.

Think of yourself as a river, and alternate streams of income being the tributaries that come into your river. 

Since reading is simply the act of channeling information from Spirit and transmuting it so other people can understand, comprehend, and integrate it into the physical realm.

In essence, a true reading or a bringing through of spirit information to the physical world can happen in many ways. 

You can bring through loving energy to a single party or mass parties. 

Meaning, as a psychic, you can channel the energy of bliss, hope, joy, and love through other offerings of exchange.

Thankfully, there are many ways you can make money as an intuitive that allows you to be creative, spread your wings while still providing value and support to your client base.

And technically, you can be a conduit for Source in more ways than one. It's just all about at what scale.

Below, I'm going to go over a few additional ways you can open the gateway for money to manifest outside of one-on-one consultations.

I suggest working on setting one up at a time, and then eventually, they will layer on top of each other. 

#5 Advertisements

Do you provide content that is consumed by people on the internet, written or video, on a platform you own? 

The more people view your content, the more advertisers are interested in getting information in front of the eyes of those people. 

Advertising can be tasteful, classy, and advertisements can benefit people - it can remind them of their dreams and wishes, and it can be family-friendly.

If you are producing a written blog or a video blog, as a form of reaching clients, you can make additional income each month with pageview advertising. 

Usually, your website, channel, or platform needs a minimum number of page views, and management firms will set up advertising for you.

You can set up advertising on your own or you can set up advertising with a management company, such as the one I'm currently with, Mediavine.

It's an excellent opportunity if you run a blog or another digital platform that gets at least 20,000 views or more.

#4 Affiliate Linking

As a spiritual professional, there are likely books, crystals, products, or materials that you suggested many times in your private sessions. 

If you notice yourself recommending certain books, oracle card decks, or supplements quite a lot, know you can link to these products on your website and earn a commission on qualifying purchases through affiliate link programs. 

Amazon Affiliates is a great place to begin in the vast world of affiliate sales, and you can also find product-specific programs such as affiliate programs for art or natural products.

You can make anywhere from $30 a month to thousands a month, depending on their audience through affiliate sales.

#3 Digital Products

Have a set of information you find teaching or going over with your clients quite a lot? Have some of your sessions felt like a repeat of information? 

Spirit may have a message that can be mass audience-friendly.

You can put the essence of that into an eBook, a recorded lecture series, or a packaged group of video mentoring lessons.

Have a guided meditation you always do? Or that your clients have asked you to record? Exercises you find yourself recommending time and time again?

These are markets that are speaking to you. These are things that the Universe is already telling you needs to exist. 

Once you create a few items, see which ones are most popular and then see if you can expand on them or create a few more. 

#2 Live Classes

If you're booking private sessions, you can do group sessions. 

Why not work with a bunch of clients all at once? 

You can teach live classes in person or digitally in a group class. Create an introduction, the main body, and a closing, create fun activities and themes, and you have a lesson. 

Did you record that class you just offered? Get a voice recorder with stereo sound and record yourself giving a lesson. Now it can be provided as a complementary offering. Webinar providers usually also offer recording services.

#1 Physical Products

Do you also have a talent such as painting, jewelry, or herbal creations? You can also sell the goods you are inspired to create alongside your sessions. 

If you're an artist, you can develop limited runs on creative projects, card decks, or other series. 

If you're more interested in natural goods, you can sell crystals or other wholesale items alongside your work.

So to recap, outside of services, you can sell 

• Advertising Space

• Third-Party Affiliates

• Digital Products

• Live Class Registration

• Physical Products

All of the information I've provided in this post - I've tried myself and currently implement and routinely tweak.

I've also seen this help others and have helped other intuitive creatives develop a scaling plan for their businesses, allowing them to serve more in the world.

Expanding your gifts to additional streams only enriches you and more people.

Not everyone who happens upon your messages needs or wants a reading or energy evaluation, some people are more introverted and prefer distance development or solo-practice. 

So, creating any of the above allows the intuitive offerings you bring to get to these populations too. It can also get a piece of your light into the homes of people in different time zones who are unable to meet with you live.

As mentioned above, start by adding one additional stream, and then build from there. I suggest researching the most interesting one for you first.
