Spirit Visitations May Contribute To Sleepless Nights

When I was younger, I could never sleep.
For a long, tireless period of years, I got a total of three hours of half sleep every single night.
I told myself it was my pillow.
The fact that I can’t have someone touching me while I sleep.
Because it was too hot.
Because there was too much light from a nearby street lamp coming in through the window.
I complained that my roommates and neighbors were too noisy - and they were at fault.
Of course, I didn’t blame it on the fact that I would frequently wake up with a presence standing at the foot of my bed.
Or that I’d be suddenly awoken at night with the sound of a loud crash, only to find an otherwise secured wall painting, dropped to the floor. Or any of the dreams I was having of the deceased.
But, I did go to sleeping therapists, and I have taken all of the over-the-counter and prescription sleeping pills to man.
I had a verified situation needing sleep and it had nothing to do with a chemical imbalance, too much stress or not enough melatonin production in the brain. And you may, too -

If you've tried everything else, getting a good night’s sleep may have nothing to do with physical world problems or physical body issues - instead, it may have all to do with spiritual world issues.
Spirits prefer to visit you at night because that’s when you are alone and your attention is most easily caught. At night, most people other people are asleep and you generally can’t distract yourself with conversation or television, because you probably want to be polite and not wake up the entire household. Spirits - if they want to get your attention - will do so in any way and manner that they know how - especially if they have an important.
Many sensitives are actually kept awake by these unseen visitors. They create an uncomfortable presence, noise in the house and can often be seen or felt in a darkened room.
From meditations, to turning off the television at least an hour before bed, to not working in your bed, to medications - if none of this has worked - it’s highly likely your sleep problem has nothing to do with physical distractions.
If you need support sleeping, consider that you actually have a spiritual ability that is not being dealt with and because it’s not being dealt with - your spirit visitors may be hassling you to do so.
Many mediums need help with sleep support and managing sudden energy waves - many of which sometimes originate from spiritual sources - that completely disappear or diminish as soon as they learn how to control and manage their gifts.
