When I sat down to write the guidebook for psychic mediums, I was skeptical.
How many psychic mediums could possibly want such a thing?
How many mediums are there really out there who could value from this information?
Do people really want a roadmap to mediumship, or is that just me?
I hesitated for a long time in writing it, and I would wake up for months thinking about it and whether or not I should do it.
Who was I, I thought, to write something like this?
Shouldn't John Holland or someone do this?
What about John Edwards, isn't this his job?
Waiting for it to become 'someone else's job,' I didn't write it.
The Psychic Medium's Guidebook (now called The Medium's Toolkit) just sat in my Google Docs as an outline . . .for months.
Until one day, a voice said to me:
Write it for you. Write the medium's guidebook as though you were speaking, to you.
So I did.
In a few crazy days, I brain dumped all of the information *I* would have wanted to be told as a new medium myself.
I wrote down all the things I wish someone sat down and told me as we were having coffee together, right as I discovered the truth of what I was really experiencing. I compiled everything I thought would've really cleared things up for me, and make me feel less confused, angry and frustrated about my gifts.
What resulted is compact road map that explains the ins and outs of what mediumship is, what makes someone a medium, and all of the frequently asked questions about:
- How spirits actually communicate
- How you can see, hear and sense those in Spirit
- What you can do with your gifts (besides readings + readings)
- How you can develop your gifts and what to expect as you do
On the first day of its release, our website crashed.
While this was a small troubleshooting snafu, it was also such a HUGE validation. People DID want this information.
And this jam-packed little manual is now the best seller on my website.
When the voice told me to write for me, I was really writing, for all of us.
Thank you for your support and thank you, all mediums everywhere, for stepping into your gifts and joining me in this crazy journey we call life -
Amanda Linette Meder
