Essentially every medium I talk to, wants to give a better reading, wants to provide a better connection and wants to assure that their message recipients, their clients are receiving the best possible reading they can get.
Mediums are kind of perfectionists, which is odd, because it’s a direct opposite of what the standard stereotype is is for us - and that was that we’re all total fakes.
I don’t know one medium who fakes it, and rather, I only know mediums who can genuinely see, hear and sense those on the other side and want to provide the messages from Spirit to those on Earth in fully clarity.
And while you can do everything possible to ensure the clearest channel and connection available to you and Spirit, there are still many tips, tidbits and tweaks that can improve both the information available to you from Spirit and your message recipient’s experience. You can provide more for your clients.
Start by ending with a solution.
One of the many reasons why people are afraid to visit with a medium is because they don’t want to be told something ‘bad’. While the term ‘bad’ is subjective and applies differently to everyone, people aren't actually afraid of bad news, not really.
No one wants to be told another one of their problems/flaws and feel hopeless as to how to even fix it.In mediumship, it’s hard to get around seeing, hearing and delivering the tough stuff. Almost no person comes back from the dead without something potent and tangible to say. Think about it - if you were a Spirit yourself and coming to a reading to deliver a message from a Loved One, you’d likely be there to say something pretty big. And sometimes, this includes information, guidance and wisdom that may be hard to hear.
So, as a medium, you may already find that those in Spirit shares with us, that which we aren’t able to see ourselves.
They provide insight, guidance and information on something in our own lives on situations, relationships and scenarios that often warrant further attention. And sometimes, this information can be seen by a client as a problem, an issue or a troubling concern that they need to solve.
And while Spirit is pretty good at illuminating that which needs to be discussed, they don’t always readily offer a solution for your client. Which is a difficult thing, because not only does mean a client leave your session feeling shocked, amazed and thinking, “Oh my god, did that really just happen?”, they may also leave with the thought, “And, now what do I do?”
So before you end your session, ask your Spirit Speaker or the Greater Source which shows with you the information you see, to also show you a possible solution, a possible avenue of change and a possible direction of healing, for your client. This way, rather than leaving your session feeling hopeless on where to deal with to solve the issue that was just illuminated, they have a few options.
Rather than simply illuminating a problem, you can provide a solution.
How do you do this?
After a potential ‘problem’ has been illuminated in a reading, simply ask, inside your mind,
“What are some possible solutions for (name here) to heal or help heal this issue?”
See what you get. And then, pass it along in the clearest, most unedited way possible, traveling through you, from Spirit, directly to recipient.
Allow your client to leave a reading feeling empowered, rather than wondering why they ever came at all.
By providing a solution for the topics that those in Spirit wished to cover, you are assisting your message recipient in applying and integrating information they received from Spirit into their own lives and, perhaps furthering their own connection with those on the Other Side, if the guidance suggests working together with Spirit to heal the task at hand.
